Actalent is Hiring a Quality Control Technician Near WAUKESHA, WI
Description:
- Perform QC testing on the production floor including metal detection checks, leak tests, percentage tests, etc.
- Perform line audits once every hour on each production line including 1st piece, in process, and final inspections/QC tests
- Perform calculations to determine percentages of materials and total ounces
- Perform basic testing including moisture, salt, and fat (automated testing)
- Document in paper and computer form daily numbers, testing performed, etc.
- Work with production personnel on a daily basis to perform QC checks and help correct errors that may occur
