We are seeking a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner. ```Duties```
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the designated tables
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of each order
- Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary
- Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as needed
- Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
```Requirements```
- Prior experience as a Food Runner or similar role preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Basic culinary knowledge is an asset
