Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping skills and financial spreadsheets preferred.

Skills/Qualifications: Proficient in English, able to follow instructions, and familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Organized with the ability to make independent decisions. Works efficiently and independently, taking initiative to solve problems. Self-motivated, adaptable to department needs, committed to high customer service standards. Communicates effectively with various stakeholders.
Work Environment: Clean, comfortable office space.
Physical Requirements: Varied activities including standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, finger and hand dexterity, talking, hearing, and seeing. Lifting up to 20 lbs. to 100 lbs. depending on the task.
