Waialae Country Club is Hiring a Golf Shop Merchandiser (PT) Near Honolulu, HI
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones/taking messages
- Receiving incoming packages and tagging merchandise
- Processing outgoing packages with respective couriers
- Assisting with exchanges/returns
- Processing claims with vendors
- Ensuring merchandise displays are organized, neat and well stocked
- Assisting with layout of shop and maintaining product inventory
- Assisting and communicating with golf professionals on promotions
- Coordinating special promotions and sales in conjunction with tournaments and special events
- High school diploma/GED. Two-year associate degree and/or 2 years or more retail experience preferred.
- Experience with cash handling, basic point of sale software and inventory management.
- Previous customer service and inventory control experience.
- Ability to speak Japanese and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel helpful.
