Wabash is Hiring a Regional Sales Manager Near Moreno Valley, CA

About the Role:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within a specific region. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, while also leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the region
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and execute marketing plans
  • Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote products and services
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast to the management
  • Mentor and train sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competition
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
  • This role will require 40-50% travel to local dealers in the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Arizona.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and the target market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$140,000 annually based on experience.
