The Lead Instructor develops, implements, and assesses the Excel Center’s instructional delivery. The Lead provides instructional guidance to teachers, coaches, and administrative staff at The Excel Center. The Lead Instructor works effectively across the organization to aid students in a way that ensures success both academically and in alignment with postsecondary goals. Essential functions include supervision and development of instructional staff, in-depth evaluation of learning outcomes, and identification of internal and external academic assistance for all students. This role demonstrates behaviors consistent with our Mission, Vision, and Values, on behalf of The Excel Center of West Central Indiana.
