The Excel Center Office Manager is responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency at The Excel Center. This role works closely with staff and students to supervise and maintain orderly operations for the school. The position requires essential skills in language, writing, reasoning, and computer proficiency, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. A strong focus on customer service, along with a can-do, professional attitude, is essential, as is the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Mission, Vision, and Values of The Excel Center of West Central Indiana.
