Role Description
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction site management, construction safety, organization, budgeting, and project management
Wastewater treatment and underground utilities experience is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
Strong leadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Knowledge of industry rules, regulations, and codes
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
Experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office & Sage
Relevant certifications (e.g. OSHA 30 Hour, First Aid/CPR, etc.) are a plus.
