Responsibilities:

As a Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing construction projects and guide the Project Manager.

Your key duties will include:

Project Management:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure successful project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.

• Implement effective project management strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Client Relations:

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

• Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.

Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating them to achieve project objectives.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize project performance.

Budget and Cost Management:

• Monitor project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring financial targets are met.

• Review and approve project expenditures to maintain fiscal responsibility.

Quality Control:

• Implement and uphold rigorous quality control standards throughout the construction process.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.

• Demonstrated success in overseeing projects within the $25M to $80M range, with a focus on podium buildings.

• A track record of long-term commitment and contributions to the construction industry.

• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
