• Good understanding of RIS, PACS, VNA and clinical workflows in Radiology domain.
• Experience with RIS Implementation.
• Good knowledge of HL7 and DICOM standards.
• Experience in handling escalation tickets.
• Familiar with Ticketing tools and Incident management.
• Good coordination and communication skills
