Job Description:

• Company is in business for over 22 years and is a large format digital printing company that specializes in POP, POS, and custom signage. We are looking for a Full-time Press Operator that is a positive, hardworking, motivated, detailed oriented individual to join our growing team.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand or walk 100% for at least 8 hours a day

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Duties Include but not limited to:

• Set up of files in RIP software and printers

• Operation of direct to board, roll to roll, and dye sublimation printers

• Routine maintenance on printer machines as specified by the manufacturer

• Execute job tickets to product specifications on work ticket

• Responsible for completing all procedures, work instructions, and quality measurements as directed by management

• Perform routine equipment and maintenance/upkeep

• Work with manufacture service department to troubleshoot printer issues

• Work with other departments to identify and resolve potential problems to ensure 100% customer satisfaction is met

• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

• Becoming proficient in workflow software

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent

• 2 years of experience in large format digital printing

• Strong Math skills

• Ability to handle workload in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• Attention to detail and ability to problem solve

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to read, interpret, and process written job instructions in English including those dealing with dimensions and quantity

• Ability to work both independently and with others in a team environment

• Color correction experience a plus

• Comply with all company policies and procedures

• US work authorization required
