Our Client is a Prime Contractor performing work for number of federal governmental agencies including NAVFAC, Marine Corps, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and NASA. We generally take on varieties of projects including renovation, repair, new construction of offices, hangars, labs, industrial facilities, airfield.

Looking for Construction Quality Control Manager for roofing and timber trusses replacement projects at Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX.

Experienced QC Manager - MUST HAVE extraordinary knowledge and experience in large roofing systems, specifically flat roof over 100,000 SF occupied buildings and plants and more importantly existing 1940s timber truss replacements while keeping wooden tongue & groove deck in place.

MUST HAVE following:

Required experience of 10 years or more in Construction Quality Control

Experience performing projects for Corps of Engineers

Experience in operating RMS System

30-hr OSHA

USACE QCS Certification

First Aid/CPR

BIG PLUS if you have following:

Construction degrees a plus

Trademan's experience a big plus

PE licenses a big plus

Registered Roof Observer certificate a BIG PLUS

Experience in Timber Trusses A BIG PLUS

EM-385 Safety Training

Fall Protection & Scaffold Competent Person Training
