Our legal client is seeking an associate attorney to handle complex commercial cases, insurance defense, and/or other general civil litigation.

Requirements:

• Qualified candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in government representation, complex commercial cases, insurance defense, and/or other general civil litigation.

• Be part of the clients government representation and civil litigation practice groups.

• Must be able to litigate cases from start to finish, including experience drafting pleadings, written discovery, taking/defending depositions, and drafting motions and conducting oral arguments.

• It would be beneficial to have actual trial experience, either as first or second chair, although this is not required.

• Candidates must be members in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.

• Hybrid role based in New Jersey.
