PROJECT ASSISTANT

Summary: Plans, directs, prepare proposals, and coordinates activities of designated project(s) to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame by performing the following duties personally or with assigned project team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

· Assists with project proposals, project tracking, and project production activities working in sync with Project Manager and Team Manager· Establishes project team folders, sharing folders with the entire team as directed

  • Coordinates activities of team members to ensure project progresses on schedule and meeting the

customer required project timelines

  • Reviews status reports prepared by team members and modifies schedules or plans as required.
  • Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
  • Assist with project SCDRLS and submittals
  • Confers with team members to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
  • Coordinates and assists with material tracking for both internal and external customer
  • Assist where necessary on project material tagging and other Tessalink activity
  • Work with the warehouses to create the necessary shipment documents when shipments are ready.
  • Monitor and track scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed and update

the required and expedite dates in system.

  • Continue to research and learn about all the company’s products and services.
  • Special assignments/projects, management training as assigned

  • Other duties as assigned
