Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Packager to join our team. As a Packager, you will be responsible for packaging products according to company standards and ensuring the quality and integrity of the final product. This is a vital role in our warehouse operations, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of production.
Duties:
- Package products according to established procedures and guidelines
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Label and mark packages with appropriate information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to FDA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in packaging or warehouse operations preferred
- Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus
- Ability to fabricate and assemble packaging materials using hand tools
- Familiarity with operating a forklift is an asset
- Basic mechanical knowledge, including an understanding of logic controllers, is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
