SCCM Packager works on packaging general and enterprise applications for SCCM and Windows Store Distribution across Windows desktop and server platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Work with application owners and project teams to gather requirements and create scripted and non-interactive installations of Windows software for delivery through
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Perform reporting, sql management and other SCCM related responsibilities within Infrastructure, Imaging and Desktop Teams.
• Integrate configuration changes and settings per requirements Update tracking system with progress and notes.
• Experience in packaging for windows 10 with MSI and MSIX and can function in a high paced environment.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s Degree is desired
• • Strong proficiency at packaging applications into MSI (Microsoft Installer) format
• using AdminStudio.
• • Strong proficiency creating transforms, custom actions, user profile settings for
• existing packages.
• • Remediating applications for use on Windows 7/10 64-bit with no administrative
• privileges.
• • Remediating application install issues by use of shims Ability to create custom
• scripts and utilities (C# preferred language) Proficient at Boolean Logic and following
• other people’s scripts.
• • Quality customer interaction skills-strong communication skills Depth of Windows
• 10 and Windows 7 64bit operating system knowledge and troubleshooting
• applications.
• • May be required to work off-hours and night shifts.
• • Business Process Flows related to Applications, Windows OS’s, Workflows.
• • End-User Engineering Requirements.
• • Test Plans for Imaging, Labs, end-user experience.
• • Test Cases/Scenarios for end-user experience.
• • Action Item Logs for the daily tasks and project milestones.
• • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Status Reports.
