Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building relationships with customers. Duties: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets - Generate leads through various channels, including door-to-door sales, networking events, and referrals - Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and meet sales targets - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM software - Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: - Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication skills) - Proven experience in sales or customer service roles - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others - Knowledge of energy sales or technical sales is a plus - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools - Willingness to engage in door-to-door sales activities as needed We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement.
