Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Training new hires the skills listed in the following points:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, door knocking, networking, and social media
• Educate new representatives sales pitch and etiquette
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product offerings and sales techniques

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, driven, and personable
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
• A track record of sales success in a door-to-door sales environment (Required 1 year)
• The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
