Available Shift: 2nd Shift

2nd Shift Hours: 4:00pm - 2:30am Monday - Thursday, with potential Overtime

Job Duties of the Industrial Maintenance Technician :

• Maintain all operational equipment and facility infrastructure
• Facilitate process set-up and start-up as needed
• Collaborate with other functional departments in the scheduling of down time and preventive maintenance repairs
• Communicate with maintenance team on problems, resolutions, and parts

Requirements of the Industrial Maintenance Technician :

• Minimum 2 years' industrial mechanic experience or equivalent training
• Technically sound and hands-on in troubleshooting: CNC / Pneumatic / Hydraulic and Multi- Processing type equipment
• Experience with PM's (Preventative Maintenance Programs)
• Knowledge of PLC's
• Knowledge of electrical standards and applications
• Strong experience in steel fabrication
• Ability to read blueprints; electrical; hydraulics and pneumatic schematics
• Strong written, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Detailed and results oriented
• Knowledge and application of OSHA regulations
• Act as a liaison with vendors when necessary
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours depending on demands

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to climb and move around machinery
• Ability to kneel, stand or bend and be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights
