Position Summary 

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist who excels in problem-solving and possesses a solid understanding of integrations and APIs, with a strong emphasis on proficiency in navigating the Jira ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of PHI and HIPAA rules and regulations and be familiar with Google Workspace. They should have a proven track record in providing exceptional technical support and be adept at resolving technical issues efficiently.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide technical support at the intersection of technology and healthcare, contributing to the seamless integration and administration of critical systems. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for innovation, a commitment to excellence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional Technical Support Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to provide timely and effective technical assistance to users, with a focus on resolving complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Jira Ticketing System:
    • Expertise in efficiently managing tasks, issues, and projects using the Jira ticketing system.
    • Ability to create workflows and high-level understanding of Jira functionalities.
  • Base Knowledge in Integrations and API:
    • Ability to integrate various systems and utilize APIs for seamless data exchange.
  • Understanding of PHI and HIPAA Regulations:
    • Knowledgeable about privacy and security standards governing healthcare data.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace:
    • Proficiency in utilizing Google's suite of productivity tools for collaborative work.
    • Experience working in Google Workspace.
  • Experience as a System Administrator:
    • Proven track record in administering and maintaining systems and networks.

Additional Requirements (Preferred but not necessary)

  • Knowledge of Scripting Languages:
    • Preferred experience with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell for automation and customization.
  • Strong Collaboration and Social Skills:
    • Capable of working effectively in team environments and communicating technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to Think Outside the Box:
    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions.
  • Ability to Document Effectively:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
    • Proficient in documenting technical processes and procedures.
  • Additional Experience:
    • Previous experience with Athena Health System, Drata, RingCentral, Rippling, and Verizon MDM is a plus

Compensation & benefits

  • $59,600- $76,700: The actual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to: your prior experience and skills related to the position, geographic location, company needs, and current market demands.
