Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of cases, ensuring each case is handled effectively from inception to completion.
- Utilize your knowledge of ECM to manage, organize, and track case files and related documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing constant updates and ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure all case-related activities are carried out effectively.
- Identify potential issues or risks associated with each case and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure all case activities are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Continually review and update case management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in case management, preferably in the finance industry.
- Strong knowledge of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) or equivalent.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
