Amo Realty is planning to hire 1-2 agents in our team in Memphis. We will be providing a steady stream of clients to our agents and will have enough clients for 1-2 agents to stay fully booked across the Memphis area.
Amo is a unique privately owned 50-agent boutique-style national real estate company with 12 small offices in 12 states. We have very small teams in each micro office across the country. We're able to constantly give a constant flow of clients to our small teams of agents. One of our agents closed a $22m sale from one of our leads.
We have a really unique goldmine lead system where high quality buyer and seller clients are constantly provided to our agents each week. We've had the same system for over 16 years and help keep our agents fully booked. We provide buyer, seller & Zillow sale leads to our agents.
New agents at Amo really have the opportunity to make $100,000-$200,000 or much more.
We typically give our agents:
*- Around 5 Residential buyer leads per week*
*- Around 1-2 Residential seller leads per week*
*- Around 1 Commercial real estate leads per week. The commercial leads are mostly clients that are looking to lease commercial space. We also send landlords looking to list with us. (optional)*
*- Around 5 Apartment Renter leads per week. We also send landlords that would like to list with us. (optional)*
