Multi-state title agency seeking an experienced residential real estate closing attorney for its growing business.

Applicant MUST have experience in residential real estate transactions, including examination of title searches and clearance of title issues. Responsibilities could include investor files for cash buyers or loan files. Must be knowledgeable regarding settlement statements, deed forms, closing procedures, and standard underwriting practices. Must be willing to interface with clients and handle signing of closing papers.

Must have an active Tennessee law license to be considered. Other state law licenses (MS, GA, AL) are beneficial, but not required.

Salary will be based on experience in the field.
