Saving children.® Job Description As a Real Estate Analyst, you’ll be crucial in managing our owned and leased properties, ensuring operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and seamless communication with stakeholders. This position will be based on the ALSAC / St.Jude Campus in Memphis, TN, and with a hybrid in-office presence. Responsibilities Property Management and Financial Oversight: Prepare accurate financial statements for ALSAC-owned and leased properties. Supervise maintenance and administrative efforts to maintain property standards. Support space buildout projects, ensuring timely completion. Manage supplier and vendor contracts related to real estate. Lease Project Management: Collaborate with real estate brokerage firms. Assign tasks to project teams and monitor progress. Ensure critical dates (purchase, sale, lease, development) are met. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact between landlords, brokers, office staff, and internal ALSAC teams. Authorize, manage, and track maintenance work orders for territory offices. Verify completion against standards. Security and Access Control: Maintain and update security access control systems and alarm systems. Add and remove employees as needed. Financial Analysis: Conduct lease accounting, including AR/AP, rent rolls, forecasting, and operating expenses. Assist with construction project management activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting from a four-year college or university. Minimum 4 years of commercial real estate experience (leasing, property management) OR 5 years of relevant work history. Equivalent experience to an Assistant Property Manager. Preferred certifications: MBA, CCIM, CPM. Proficiency in real estate property management software. Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of lease administration and property management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate, multitask, and meet deadlines.
