Qualifications

• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, and housekeeping, to aid After Sales and Service Manager.
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
• Maintain customer records using automated systems.
• Display extensive working knowledge of Service standards and practices, including product details and company services offered.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to After Sales and Service Manager.
• Compute and compare cost of services.
• Prepare quotes, provide information as requested with management final approval.
• Understand the scheduling process and start scheduling technicians to job sites.
• Communicating with supervisors, peers, or subordinates or with persons outside the organization.

• This position reports directly to the After Sales and Service Manager.
• This position is considered regular, full-time, and requires a minimum in-office schedule of 40 hours per week. This may also include occasional travel.
• Observe and comply with AVC’s rules and regulations.
• Must agree to (and pass) a background check, physical (if applicable), and drug screening testing.
• This position requires continuous training.
• Associate degree or comparable work experience.
