What will you do?

As a Product Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our product team. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of data analysis and product/project management to drive the delivery and enhancement of VuePlanner’s product suite. Primary duties include:

Data Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain product dashboards, reports, and metrics to track and communicate product performance.
  • Analyze data to identify product issues, opportunities, and insights, providing valuable recommendations to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Support the product team in planning, prioritizing, and executing new initiatives, features, and releases while aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Create and document product workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights.

Product Management:

  • Gather and document product requirements, user stories, and specifications to ensure clear and consistent communication across teams.
  • Ensure alignment between sales & marketing strategies and product development efforts.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, functionality, and dependencies.

Project Management:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.
  • Establish and maintain project management systems and tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team member with the following skillset:

  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, operations, or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and task organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Notion), data analytics software (Looker, Tableau), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience in advertising or marketing industry is a plus.
  • Experience with video ad products is a plus.
  • Ability to work Eastern or Central Time Zone hours
