Duties and areas of responsibility: Insure smooth operation of test center; greet, check in, monitor, and sign out test candidates; Become familiar with test center vendor proctor requirements; Interface with tech support for online test vendors if needed; Maintain test center to vendor standards including equipment including computers, headphones, metal detectors wands, etc.; Assist in developing test center protocols and procedures; Track and report any test taker anomalies

Skills needed: Certify with at least 2 of our test vendors, comfortable with computers and working with tech support; Good interpersonal skills; Willingness to learn; Detail- oriented; Reliable, organized and on time; Ability to work independently
