Communicate clearly and effectively with visitors and staff. Assist visitors and callers in finding their destination office or service; Maintain a clean work area and tidy the tutoring desks when not in use. Must be able to keep personal conversations to a minimum while on shift and tell friends they will have to speak later. Adhere to confidentiality practices and expectations. Student staff are expected to use and respond within our Teams site.
