Job Title: Plant Controller

Summary
Reporting to the General Manager, the Controller plays a critical role as a member of the executive’s management team for strategic decision making and operations as VT Volant enhances its quality of offerings and undergoes substantial growth and value creation. The position is a hands-on, participatory leader who will oversee the Finance, including performing Accounting duties, Human Resources and Information Technology departments, including Strategy, Budgeting, Accounting, Risk Management and Contracts. As part of the VT Volant executive management team, the Controller will ensure realization of the organization’s short and long-term strategic goals.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors Degree (or beyond) in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 8 years experience in leadership positions preferably related to aviation manufacturing or similar environment with aircraft, interiors designs and/or manufacturing.
Reasoning Ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills: verbal and written.
Computer Skills
Strong computer skills (ERP, MS Office, etc.).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Certified Public Accountant is preferred, but not required.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to travel 10-15% of time.
