• Report attendance of the Receiving group to Supervisor/Mgr. 
• Report on daily basis the unloading and put-away tasks completed. 
• Check inventory of trailers pending to unload before the daily meeting. 
• Attend daily meetings to get unloading priorities and coordinate execution with the receiving team. 
• Report and get authorization (from immediate supervisor/Mgr.) for any need to change the unloading plan. 
• Support the receiving team with the unloading, receiving process and/or put-away operations as needed. 
• Report inventory of propane tanks on daily basis 
• Report any discrepancies in the receiving process to immediate supervisor/Mgr. 
• Report any damaged materials being received getting pictures of the material preferably before unloading it from the trailer. 
• Submit End of day Receiving Reports to Inv. Ctrl. office withing 30 minutes after Receiving operations stop. 
• Make sure all doors are close at the end of the shift 
• Make sure Radios and Forklifts Keys are returned to the office at the end of the shift 
• Work as a team player and promote teamwork 
• Work in accordance with company's CITE principles and Core Values Comply with any other work-related activities assigned by supervisor or management.
