VSSI is Hiring an Onsite Manager (FT) Near Grand Prairie, TX

VSSI Staffing is currently hiring an Onsite Manager for our client located in Arlington, Texas. This position would work on location at one of our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite Supervisor will act as a liaison between the client and our associates.
- They are responsible for meeting the day-to-day client performance and quality objectives, ensuring a smooth working relationship and a performance driven workforce to meet the program expected results.
- Other responsibilities of the On-Site.
- Meeting daily with customer and management team in order to determine open positions.
- Strategize and develop recruiting plans for client location.
- Interview and hire temporary staff.
- Orientate new employees on company policies and safety.
- Monitor and manage employees.
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly reports for customer(s).
- Review and approve attendance and work schedules based on client needs.
- Recruit for openings, conduct orientations and safety meetings.
- Perform safety walkthroughs.
- Process weekly payroll for employees.
- Able to effectively communicate with internal staff as well as employees.
- Able to multi-task within a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
