Hey we are VS Landscaping we are a growing company in fort collins. We currently have 2 crews and are ambitious to grow to 4 in the next 2 years. We have a lawn care crew and a projects/install crew and are looking to hire for the projects crew.

As a Landscape Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for our clients. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to execute various landscaping tasks, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various landscaping duties such as seasonal clenaups, mulching, landscape installs and more
• Work with crew lead to insure job is completed
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the construction of landscapes
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects within established timelines and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with crew lead and crew memebers complete projects and adress potential concerns
• Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service at all times.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required).

. if you have an applicator license that would be a huge plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.21 - $20.13 per hour
