TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

You will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate measurable brand/product awareness and qualified leads that result in sales. This includes email marketing, digital advertising, content syndication, and other digital channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leverage data to segment target audiences, trigger campaigns and personalize content
• Collaborate with Sales to create and maintain a campaign calendar
• Build automated personalized email campaigns for lead generation and keep our customers informed of new products, marketing promotions, and events
• Build, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns to meet line of business objectives
• Lead iterative A/B testing processes to continually improve performance through optimized targeting, creative, and messaging
• Provide design-for-conversion direction to internal teams for email, ads, and landing pages to optimize user experience
• Work with copywriters to develop compelling messaging in support of conversion goals
• Establish, monitor, report, and optimize campaign KPIs and ROI
• Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

• Audience segmentation and targeting
• Set up and management of triggered email nurture campaigns using automation platforms
• Email best practices including subject lines, messaging, list management, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM laws
• How to effectively communicate (written and verbal), including preparing reports and presenting insights
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Highly creative with demonstrable experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and Motivate
• Proficiency using Salesforce CRM
• Proficiency using Mailchimp and/or Pardot
• Proficiency using Google Analytics (certification preferred)
• Proficiency with Amazon advertising a bonus and related paid media channels
• Proficiency with Amazon advertising a bonus
• Proficiency using SEM insights tools such as Spyfu

Education and Experience:

4-year degree 

Minimum two to five years of related experience and/or training.

Experience in working with multiple discipline projects.

Work Environment:

Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, and oils.

Job will generally be performed in an office environment; however, travel may occur.
