Summary:
Assists in managing the activities of the building Facilities and provides the necessary leadership to meet the present and future organizational goals set by the Company. Develops facilities technician to perform daily tasks.

Job Title: Lead, Facilities
Education/Experience:
Minimum five (5) years experience in Facilities or Plant Maintenance preferred. Experience managing, negotiating, and overseeing the work of outside equipment vendors and service providers preferred.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical documents, instructions, or reports in English. Ability to respond to common inquiries from peers, leads/managers, or other departmental personnel. Ability to communicate in English, job related information verbally or in writing as required.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and general application skills in Windows office environment. SAP navigation skills preferred.
Leadership Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination evaluation, and development of human resources required to accomplish business objectives.
