Overview

As a Staff Accountant at RW Assets, you will play a pivotal role in our financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing crucial support to our finance and accounting team. This role requires a candidate with a college degree in accounting or a related field, intercompany consolidation experience, along with 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry.

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of construction-specific accounting and consolidation accounting is a plus.
