Job Description: This is an in person work setting. The position involves directly working with our customers’ existing business, using creativity to construct solutions for customers across various industries, developing new business opportunities, and assisting customers with information on our products. Our office environment is team orientated and friendly.
Description of Responsibilities:
· Generating proposals and Sales orders
· Assisting customers with technical information on products
· Follow up on proposals generated but not covered by outside sales
· Keep outside sales updated on daily business activities
· Expedite orders
· Ongoing communication with purchasing, production, and accounting
Experience:
· 2 years college or equivalent work experience
· 3 years sales/customer service with an emphasis on industrial applications
Required Skills:
· Proficient in basic computer skills, Windows, and Microsoft Suite
· Capability to multitask in a fast paced environment
· Professional and effective communication and customer service skills
· Ability to manage time well
· Reliable, organized, detailed and focused
· Ability to function independently while maintaining a team mentality
· Ability to read prints and shop drawings
