Clinical Trials Assistant

Job Description:

Are you passionate about contributing to groundbreaking medical research? As a Clinical Trials Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our clinical research teams to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of trials. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing project tracking, and assisting with various study-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Operations Department

- Assist in ongoing study conduct

- Manage study-specific documentation and records

- Process data collection forms and ensure quality control

- Coordinate investigator payments

- Prepare presentations for projects and business development

- Assist with team member tracking and coordination

Skills Required:

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Basic knowledge of medical diagnostics and treatments

- Proficiency in data analysis and documentation

- Ability to work independently

Preferred Skills:

- Background in phlebotomy or specimen processing

- Experience with handling biological specimens

- Familiarity with tasks like taking EKGs and vital signs

Education/Experience:

- High school diploma or GED required

- Associate's degree in medical technology or vocational training preferred

- 0-2 years of experience required
