Work Schedule: 

100%, day shift. Monday – Friday between the hours of 7:30AM – 5:00PM. You will work at University Hospital and Eastpark Medical Center in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: 

• Support day-to-day clinic operations to keep our units running efficiently.
• Assist in payroll and developing staffing schedules.
• Provide additional support for data retrieval, agenda development, and process improvement work.

Education:

Minimum – High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred – Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field

Work Experience:

Minimum – One year of experience in an administrative support role

Preferred –

• Three years of experience in an administrative support function.
• Previous experience in a health care setting.
