The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical oversight of staff, treatment, and programming, ensuring overall fidelity to the Program. Additional duties will include facilitating client direct services as needed and assisting the Program Director in completing administrative responsibilities, staff training, and staff meetings.
Must have active license with no pending/prior misconduct through license board. Patience, a willingness to give time to discuss with various staff and residents the issues that are ongoing and potentially unfixable. Open to training/being trained on multiple different groups/PREA/Etc. Experience with extremely difficult clients (Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, Bi-polar)

Applicants must have a Master’s Degree in behavioral or social science. Three years minimum experience in mental health and/or substance abuse counseling required. Chemical dependency licensure with LISW or PCC licensure preferred. Position requires work schedule flexibility to include evening hours.
