We are currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professional to join our Fresh Start Program team. Fresh Start is a family-focused residential addictions treatment program for mothers and their children. The Fresh Start Recovery Centers focus on helping mothers recover from opioid and other drug addictions and have healthy children. Fresh Start Recovery Centers serve pregnant women and mothers struggling with addiction. Our residential treatment provides 24/7 support to clients. This program uniquely allows mothers and children to remain together during treatment. The Clinical Services Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical oversight and treatment within the program according to VOA, DMHA, Medicaid, CARF, and grant providers’ standards.

Our work touches the mind, body, heart – and ultimately the spirit – of those we serve, integrating our deep compassion with highly effective programs and services.The position requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field,five years of experience working therapeutically with populations whose difficulties stem from addiction, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and the ability to conduct individual and group counseling, complete assessments, develop resources, and maintain client records is essential.Knowledge of the criminal justice system required. Licensure required: LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC.Some evening hours are required.
