Reporting to the Senior Director, RRC, the Hearing Officers primary duties are to serve as adjudicator at the facility resident disciplinary hearings involving major infractions and violations of the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) and facility rules.
The employee will review incident reports for accuracy, support documents, conduct hearing, apply appropriate sanction and submit recommendation to FBOP Disciplinary Hearing Officer (DHO).
The employee will act as intermediary between the residents, facility, and DHO. The employee will collect incident hearing data, provide appeal, and results to residents.
The employee will report directly to the Senior Program Director.
