• Master's degree in a health-related field of counseling, psychology, social work, or other behavioral sciences
• 2 years of Behavioral health experience

As a Care Management Specialist, your days are a blend of professionalism and compassion. You provide crisis assessment and counseling, ensuring efficient data entry. You greet and assist clients, collaborate with law enforcement, and connect individuals to resources. Your role extends to care management, focusing on person-centered plans, care coordination, social support, and patient/family support.
