Volunteer Behavioral Health Care System is Hiring a Homeless Outreach Case Manager Near Murfreesboro, TN
Volunteer Behavioral Health Care system is now seeking a Homeless Outreach Case Manager for an immediate part-time opening at our Rutherford County location.
This position is responsible for obtaining program resources, all reports/record keeping, assessment to determine eligibility, and paperwork involved with the PATH Grant. The program focuses on working with adults who are mentally ill and homeless, providing daily living assistance, and referrals to community resources, advocacy and transition to mental health services.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related area is required. Experience working with the homeless preferred, and must have an understanding of homelessness.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.79 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
