Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to create individualized care plans for patients
- Review and analyze documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards
- Utilize anatomy knowledge to assess patient conditions and provide guidance on treatment plans
- Oversee nursing administration, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate care between acute care facilities, home health agencies, and assisted living communities
- Provide leadership in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $69.00 - $71.00 per hour
