Volt Workfporce Solutions is hiring a Part Time Sales Team Associate

Schedule - Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm......Saturdays 10am - 3pm. 3 saturdays per month required. work with team for days off.

Pay - Base commission. hourly $19.25 / hr - Will commission after first 30 days.

Must be able to move samples on show room floor on a regular basis - up to 20lbs on a regular basis. (20lbs is heaviest sample)

As a Sales Team Associate you :

Showroom - Customer Service

• Welcome all customers that enter the store. Thank all customers that leave the store.
• Maintain clean working areas and put away samples after customer use.
• Track incoming phone calls (Name & Existing customers) and take messages.
• Record samples to hand out (to or for) customer pickup.

Showroom - Product Knowledge

• Learn the layout of the showroom.
• Recommend samples (Hardwood, Carpet, LVP, etc.).
• Confirm stock availability (In-stock material holds & restock).
• Keep updated price / stock information with vendor representatives.
• Schedule project showroom appointments with leads-in-progress.

Customer Project Management :

• Maintain up-to-date status on all projects and project updates.
• Assist leads in choosing materials and follow up on sample / price quote relations.
• Track job progressions and follow up on completed jobs.
• Review and adjust completed job profitability reports.
• Collect any balances due.

Assist Customers With Projects :

• Assist customers with product selection.
• Provide material-only details and requirements.
• Note materials-only details : Inform customers of any product installation requirements or any known potential unforeseen complications.

QFloors Job Management

• Add New Customers to QFloors Lead Window :
• Collect customer information such as name, phone number, and email address.
• Input this data into the Lead window in QFloors.
• Add / Update Customers for Samples Checked Out & In / Project Information :
• Keep track of samples checked out by customers.
• Update project information in the Lead window.
• Create Proposals / Estimates for Customer Projects in QFloors :
• Use the Sales window to create proposals and estimates.
• Manage project costs and losses.
• Confirm Project / Job Tasks and Expenses :
• Ensure all project tasks and expenses are complete.
• Add Project Updates and Details :
• Use the Notes tab in the customer proposal Sales window to add project updates or changes.
• Include Graphs / Floor Plans and Payment Receipts :
• Attach graphs or floor plans to the Docs tab in the customer proposal Sales window.
• Add payment receipts to the same location.
• Include Any Applicable Paper Documents :
• Upload relevant paper documents to the Docs tab in the customer proposal Sales window.

Pay rate $19.25 / hr

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
