As a Production Supervisor you will:
- Oversee and manage production shift employees
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality
- Train production employees
- Oversee daily workflow and assignments
- Prepare work schedules
- Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment
- Troubleshoot issues
- Prepare documentation
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- 3 years supervisory experience in similar industry
