Volt is immediately hiring for Maintenance Mechanic in Gardena, CA
As a Maintenance Mechanic you will:

• Build assembles machines or mechanical components according to requirements.
• Experienced Maintenance Mechanic
• Able to supply their own tools
• Inspect machines, motors, airline, machinery spindle, grease, and repair
• Conduct repair aiming for maximum reliability
• Troubleshoot and adjust powder pressing and handling equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions, repair and replace defective parts with the assistance of equipment.
• Analyze mechanical and operational problems and take corrective action.
• Perform preventive & reactive maintenance and respond to equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in timely manner
• Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems
• Able to work with electrical have knowledge of electrical systems

This is a full-time Temp-to-Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role
• Bilingual with Spanish
• Excellent math skills, to include the use of units of measure, common fractions, and decimals.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills

Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (flexible)
Pay Rate: $22-$28 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
