Position: Maintenance Helper
Job Duties:

• Preserve equipment by performing regular maintenance checks, replacing parts or performing repairs.
• Perform equipment diagnostics to recommend corrective actions for operational problems.
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms and reports.
• Fabrication, repair, and installation of heavy industrial machinery. Covering every aspect of the Thermal Processing systems. Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical, Calibration, Vacuum, Insulation, Welding, Plumbing, Pipe fitting, Mechanical assembly, Heavy rigging, Equipment anchoring, Training Personnel, Ordering parts, Sorting and organizing parts, Control Panel building, Operating, Power tools. Hoists, Hydraulic Press, grinders, sanders, band saws. Using micrometers and calipers. Hoists, lifting and jacking devices, Powered carts, man lifts, and lift trucks.
• Installing pumps and shafts.
• Reading blueprints and schematics. Editing Blueprints and reviewing schematics for modifications. Safety etiquette using fall protection, power scaffold, and other various positioning equipment. Working in high elevation settings. Traveling across the country and managing teams. Gaining security clearance at multiple Aerospace and defense companies. Coordinating with contractors.

This is a full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in manufacturing environment as a Maintenance Helper
• Must have 2-3 years' Maintenance experience
• Mechanically inclined working with hand/power tools

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM with possible OT
Pay Rate : $21 to $25 per hour
