RN Clinical Manager
The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 45-year-old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire two additional Clinical Manager (RN) to join our established Clinical Manager team in West palm Beach, Florida.
As a Clinical Manager (RN), you will work with referral sources from the healthcare community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families in their homes. You will be responsible for overseeing a multi-disciplinary team of nurses and therapists while providing a high level of customer service and ensuring we provide the highest quality care.
Prior Home Health experience necessary
HCHB experience a plus
