We're seeking a Supervisor, Social Strategy to join VMLY&R's large and growing social marketing team.

Here’s Where You Come In

You're a curious, culturally-fluent strategist who loves to question assumptions and challenge the status quo. You'll uncover insights that can guide a brand's ideas and decisions, and play a key role in shaping their overall approach to social.

Responsibilities

• Develop social strategies, social playbooks, activations and campaign ideas
• Conduct and synthesize research, social listening and other data to guide a brand's strategic decisions
• Partner with creative, strategy, data and media teams to support a brand's social marketing goals
• Onboard and train junior team members

Skills and Experience

• 4-7 years of social marketing experience
• Experience leading projects and overseeing the work of others
• Advanced understanding of social platforms and functions, and the ability to share that knowledge with others
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience or interest in the technology industry is a plus
